Before you open Zeal

Zeal is not medical advice. It is a personal journaling tool for everyday awareness—not a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription, or substitute for a qualified clinician.

Meal photo estimates come from AI and are not fully accurate. Portions, oils, sauces, and packaging can be guessed wrong. Treat those numbers as rough assumptions from the model, not lab measurements.

If you have a health condition, dietary restriction, or medical question, talk with a licensed professional before acting on anything you see in Zeal.
