Cases and plates are machined, then anodized or coated. Color matching happens here, so this is usually the longest stage and the one most likely to shift dates.
Units are inspected and packed before fulfillment. When a campaign reaches shipping, orders start going out, and the board moves to complete once every order has shipped.
